(image courtesy nymag.com) With a stark black runway and ambient lights in red and lime framing the models, Lacoste presented an eagerly anticipated offering soft, draped sportwear shapes in hues as unobstrusive as the styling.
Putty, dove grey, mist blue and steel were key colors, with pops of teal and ochre with tons of layers. Much of the definition of the collection came in the form of oversized hoods, harem details and sophisticated variations of the sweatsuit.
Overall, a refreshingly colorful and optimistic collection.
